Happy Summer! This month we have added a new Cold Brewed Coffee served over ice to help you beat the summer heat. We’ve made a few changes to the daily lunch specials as well, complete details are below.
This weekend, dine with us on Saturday, June 9th, to have 5% of your check donated to Florida Wildflower Foundation.
Father’s Day is coming, and you and Dad are invited to our Father’s Day Brunch on Sunday, June 17th! If your Dad is an Ethos fan and you’ve yet to find the perfect gift, consider giving an Ethos gift card! Our gift cards never expire and can be purchased in-store or online. Buy now to ensure the gift card arrives in time for Dad.

New Menu ItemsIf you have been in to the restaurant recently, you may have noticed we have added a few new menu items! We brought back an old favorites, the Club Sandwich, which also includes a you-pick-two option of having a half club and soup or salad. The Tofurkey Reuben has joined our full-time menu, and been replaced as the Monday lunch special by the Tofurkey Ranch Club. We’ve also added a Cold Brew Coffee served over ice, perfect as an afternoon pick-me-up on a hot day. Last but not least, our Taco Waco Wednesdays are back, with Three Hard Tacos or a Burrito available all day. Visit our online menu for item descriptions and come on in and try something new!

5% Day to Benefit Florida Wildflower Foundation Florida Wildflower Foundation is our June 5% Day beneficiary. Simply dine in or take out on Saturday, June 9th, and we’ll donate 5% of your check to this cause! Florida Wildflower Foundation’s mission is to enrich lives with native Florida wildflowers and they do so through a variety of programs, including education, outreach, and statewide planting and wildflower conservation projects. For those of you interesting in planting native wildflowers yourself, they also offer a variety of how-to resources for home gardeners on their website, including sources for seeds and plants.

 Treat Dad on Father’s DayFather’s Day is Sunday, June 17th – treat Dad to Brunch, Lunch, or Dinner at our place! We’ll be open with hours as usual, 9am to 11pm, with Brunch served from 9am to 3pm and our regular menu Noon to 11pm. As usual, reservations will not be accepted except for parties of eight or more; all other seating will be first come first serve. Happy Father’s Day!
