Orange Audubon Society is our March 5% Day beneficiary. Simply dine in or take out on Saturday, March 12th, and we’ll donate 5% of your check to this cause! The Orange Audubon Society is based in Maitland, Florida, and works to promote public interest and understanding of birds and wildlife and the environment critical to their existence. Their educational classes, field trips and outreach programs foster an appreciation of nature and encourage conservation both for Florida and the world at large. The Orange Audubon Society is a chapter of both the National Audubon Society and the Florida Audubon Society.

We invite you to celebrate Valentine’s Day with your sweetheart at Ethos! We’ll have a special Valentine’s Day Dinner starting at 5pm on Sunday, February 14th, featuring Valentine’s dinner and dessert specials. As usual, reservations are not accepted except for parties of eight or more; all other seating will be first come first serve. Happy Valentine’s Day!

Kelly filmed a segment with “Eat It and Like It with Jesse Blanco” last year, and the episode recently aired on its home station in Savannah, WSAV3-TV/NBC. Titled “The Angry Vegan,” the episode visits vegetarian restaurants in Savannah and Ethos as well. Kelly discusses why he went vegan and how Ethos came about, and starts at 9:03 on the video. Spay n Save is our February 5% Day beneficiary. Simply dine in or take out on Saturday, February 6th, and we’ll donate 5% of your check to this cause! Spay n Save is dedicated to reducing the overpopulation of homeless pets by making spay and neuter services available to Central Florida in an accessible, affordable way. They accept both pets and neighborhood strays for spay or neuter surgery. Their low-cost, high-quality spay/neuter clinic in Seminole County has performed more than 25,000 surgeries since opening in 2012.
