Big news – we have moved! While we loved the charm of our location on North Orange Avenue, we are now operating out of a new location which has one very important feature everyone is sure to love – a parking lot! Aside from improved parking, we have expanding our hours and menu, and migrated to a table service format. However, our commitment to providing a 100% vegan menu in a comfortable and casual setting is still the same!

Our new address will be 601-B New York Avenue, Winter Park, FL, 32789. Our new location is two miles northeast of our old location, at the corner of Fairbanks and New York Avenue in Winter Park, one block west of Park Avenue, in the building formerly occupied by Urban Flats.

At our new location, our regular operating hours will be:
Monday through Friday: 11am to 11pm, and,

Where exactly is your new location? Our new address will be 601-B S New York Ave, Winter Park, FL 32789. We will be at the corner of New York Ave and Fairbanks, formerly an Urban Flats, located one block west of Park Avenue. »See map
Why are you moving? We love the charm of our current location on North Orange Avenue. However, over the last years there has been a significant decline in the amount of parking available for our guests. In fact, lack of parking is our number one customer complaint, and we’ve even overheard many of you trading war stories about being ticketed, towed, or even harangued by one of our neighbors on your way to or from our restaurant. We’re glad some of you like our restaurant enough to park further away, or even where you ought not, but, a parking lot is a better solution for everybody!
What new features can I look forward to? Aside from improved parking, we will also be expanding our hours and menu, and migrating to a table service format.
What kind of expanded hours can I expect? We will be opening on Sundays for dinner, and also featuring Brunch on both Saturday and Sunday. We will be opening an hour earlier for Brunch on the weekends, and staying open an extra hour at night. Our new hours will be Monday through Friday, 11am to 11pm, and Saturday and Sunday, 9am to 11pm. Please note that we may work up to this schedule over our first few months at the new location.
What kind of expanded menu items can I expect? Our new location has a bigger kitchen, which means we can handle more food at once and expand our kitchen’s capabilities by adding new equipment. The most significant expansion will be in our beverage and dessert offerings, and we plan to add a kids menu as well. Some of our specials will be able to join the regular menu, such as the Chickpea Salad Sandwich (Saturday). We will be expanding the Brunch menu to include some lunch items, something we can’t do now due to the limitations of our cookline. Kelly has been busy perfecting some new recipes in the kitchen, so there will be some new items to look forward to as well.
Why table service? Behind parking, our self-serve beverage format is our number two customer complaint. With our new table service approach, refills will come right to your table care of your dedicated server. This will also eliminate the need to return to the service counter to add on items to your order. During peak times, we expect this to speed up your experience, as you will spend less time waiting in line, and more time relaxing at your table. We realize, however, that some of you embraced our hybrid-service format. We invite you to sit at our lunch counter for a more casual dining experience.
Will you begin accepting reservations? No. We would like to maintain our casual atmosphere, so we will remain a first-come, first-serve establishment.
Can I still do take-out? Of course! In fact, to improve your take-out experience, we will now have a dedicated take-out counter so you can pick-up your food more quickly.
How do I get to the new location from the old location? From our current location on Orange Avenue, you would drive north on Orange past Florida Hospital, and remain on Orange as it curves around the Orwin Manor neighborhood. You will remain on Orange as you cross over 17-92 and until it ends at Fairbanks. You would turn right onto Fairbanks, cross over the train tracks, and then our new location is on the right-hand side before you reach Park Avenue and the main entrance to Rollins College. How do I get to the new location from I-4? For those of you who access us via Interstate 4, you would exit at Fairbanks Avenue (exit #87) and drive east on Fairbanks for approximately two miles. We will be on the right-hand side.
Will you still have outdoor seating? Our beautiful outdoor patio is probably what we will miss most about our current location. Our new location does not offer outdoor seating.
Visiting the park across the street has become part of our Ethos tradition. Are there any parks near your new location? For a stroll, the best park to visit is Winter Park’s Central Park, which is in the heart of the Park Avenue shopping district. If you are looking for a playground or something more recreational, Winter Park’s Lake Island Park is just a short drive from us. Situated on Lake Mendsen, this park offers a walking path around the lake, sports fields, and also a large playground featuring woodworks that resemble a medieval castle (“Castle Park”).
