This month at Ethos we’re celebrating three years in business! The restaurant business is not an easy one, and while there have been a few hard bumps along the way, we are thrilled at the successes we’ve enjoyed: numerous awards, countless positive guest reviews, and, of course, a reputation for delicious vegan food!
Thank you to our staff and all of our guests for your support of our restaurant – we couldn’t be here without you! To celebrate, we’ll be offering free Ethos birthday cookies to all guests on Saturday, January 22nd. We hope you can make it!
We would like to congratulate and give special thanks to our employees who have completed three years of continuous employment with us: James Curry and Eric Montanez, who were part of our December 2007 opening team, and also those who joined us in January 2008: Jeff Ilgenfritz, Jon Hughes, and Ben Rudolph. Thank you, gentlemen, your hard work and dedication is deeply appreciated.
We are pleased to announce the gift certificate winners* for January: Jenny Louise has won a $25 gift certificate in the new subscriber drawing, and Linda Barton has won a $10 gift certificate in the existing subscriber drawing. Pierogies!
Our January Pierogi Night will start at 6pm on Tuesday, January 18th; choose between four or six handmade pierogi and add a vegan Kielbasa for +$2.50, and sour cream and/or sauerkraut for +50¢. We’ll also be featuring a special $3 price on bottled beer!

Beer & Pizza Night Every Thursday Through January 27th
January is the last month to get your fill of Beer & Pizza Night! Every Thursday, from 6pm to close, you can enjoy our special hand-tossed 18″ vegan pizza By The Slice, ($3 for a cheese slice, plus 25¢ per topping) and a special $3 price on bottled beers. Stop on by and get a slice – but, hurry, the last Beer & Pizza Night will be Thursday, January 27th, 2011!
