Our Customer Appreciation events in August were a hit – and thank you to everybody for your appreciative compliments given in thanks! It is touching to hear from so many of you that our restaurant has made a difference. We would be remiss if we didn’t share those honors with our staff – we are thankful for each and every one of our hard-working team members!
Please note that we will be closed on Labor Day, Monday, September 5th, to hold our annual Staff Appreciation Picnic. We will re-open with hours as normal on Tuesday, September 6th.
September is your last chance to enjoy our summer events before Fall arrives in October. This is the last month for both Taco-Waco Wednesdays and VBBQ. As a special treat this month, we invite you to join us for St. Patty’s Day in September. Complete details are below!
We are pleased to announce the gift certificate winners* for September: Michelle Owens has won a $25 gift certificate in the new subscriber drawing, and Amy Cooper has won a $10 gift certificate in the existing subscriber drawing.  Closed on Labor Day
We will be closed on Labor Day, Monday, September 5th, 2011, for our annual Staff Appreciation Picnic. We will be open on Sunday, September 4th, with hours as normal from 10am and 3pm, and will resume normal operation on Tuesday, September 6th, from 11am-10pm. Have a safe and fun Labor Day!
Expanded Public Parking
Great news! The parking lot at Gaston Edwards Park is now available as two-hour public parking all of the time! Previously, this lot was available for public parking only outside of normal business hours. A big thank you goes to the City of Orlando for making this change! (Check out the map in the parking link below, and please feel free to ask us for help if you cannot find this parking lot.)

5% Day Beneficiary: In Harmony With Nature Animal Haven
In Harmony With Nature Animal Haven is our September 5% Day beneficiary. Simply dine in or take out on Saturday, September 10th, and we’ll donate 5% of your check to this cause. In Harmony With Nature is an animal rescue refuge located in northwest Orlando. They work to place their resident animals in forever homes, but, also have a no-kill policy and are willing to care for animals for the lifetime. Dogs, cats, parrots, reptiles, horses and more all call In Harmony With Nature home.

St. Patty’s Day in September
Here at Ethos, we love Saint Patrick’s Day so much we celebrate it twice a year! We invite you to join us for St. Patty’s in September (a la Christmas in July), on Tuesday, September 20th, when we’ll be offering a selection of our favorite traditional Irish dishes (all vegan, of course!) and $3 beers all day long!
