 Treat Your Sweetheart to a Vegan Valentine’s Meal at Ethos
We invite you to celebrate Valentine’s Day with your sweetheart at Ethos! We’ll have a special Valentine’s Brunch on Sunday, February 13th, with Chocolate Pancakes with Strawberry Purée as our Brunch special, and jazz and funk with DJ Stranger on the patio. Or, join us for Valentine’s Dinner starting at 5pm on Monday, February 14th, for special dinner, drink and dessert specials. Our dinner special will be Rosemary Chickun served with new potatoes and gingered carrots, and we’ll have an assortment of chocolate laden desserts, plus $3 beers and $1 off glasses of wine. As usual, reservations are not accepted; all seating is first come first serve. Happy Valentine’s Day!

Pierogies!
Our February Pierogi Night will start at 6pm on Tuesday, February 22nd; choose between four or six handmade pierogi and add a vegan Kielbasa for +$2.50, and sour cream and/or sauerkraut for +50¢. We’ll also be featuring a special $3 price on bottled beer!

5% Day Program for Charity
Ethos is growing up, and so is our charitable giving program! We are changing our existing 10% Day for Charity program to a new 5% Day for Charity. Under the old program, guests brought in flyers on the 10% Day to have 10% of their check donated to that month’s selected charity. Under the new program, we will donate 5% of total sales on the 5% Day to the selected charity. This will make it easier for guests to participate by eliminating the flyers, and also enable us to support a wider range of non-profits, and with a greater donation to boot. If you are involved with a worthy local non-profit, please encourage them to apply to participate in our program by sending them our 5% Day Information Packet (.zip). Proof of exempt organization status is required.
