With evening temperatures in the 60’s, and no 90’s in sight, the fall-time weather has officially arrived! Besides turning off the AC and digging your favorite sweaters and jackets out of the closet, you can also look forward to the return of fall-time menu items and comfortable outdoor dining here at Ethos!
As the month progresses, the Vegetable Galette and Yo Mama’s Lasagne will both rejoin our daily menu, and our delicious made-from-scratch Pumpkin Pie will return to the dessert menu as well. Pumpkin Spice Pancakes will be joining the Brunch special rotation, and will be featured for Halloween Brunch on Sunday, October 30th. Watch for more seasonal items to join the menu as Autumn progresses!
We are pleased to announce the gift certificate winners* for October: Jonathan Jimenez has won a $25 gift certificate in the new subscriber drawing, and J. McKinney has won a $10 gift certificate in the existing subscriber drawing. Congratulations to both, and thank you to all for your continued support of our establishment. Park and Walk to Ethos
As you know, the street parking directly in front of our building is limited. However, there’s plenty of parking to be had for those who don’t mind a stroll! With the return of the fine weather, we invite you to take advantage of the parking further north on Orange Avenue (near Ski World), in the public parking lot at Gaston Edwards Park, or even on the northern side of Lake Ivanhoe near the boat ramp. Even a short walk can stretch your legs, clear your mind, and refresh your spirits!

Central Florida VegFest 2011
Visit our Ethos food booth at VegFest 2011 on Saturday, October 22nd, a festival celebrating all thing vegetarian! Our menu at VegFest will include Meatball Subs, Mac ‘n Cheese, Kielbasas, and more! Plus, you can win one of three Ethos gift certificates in the VegFest raffle. The restaurant will be open with hours as usual, and if you don’t eat your fill at the festival, you can stop by our place on your way home – Loch Haven Park is just around the corner from us!
