This year has flown by, and now, Thanksgiving is almost here! Please note that we will be closed on Thanksgiving Day. However, that doesn’t mean you’ll miss out on Kelly’s delicious Thanksgiving Tofurkey! Monday, November 21st through Wednesday, November 23rd, we’ll be running a Thanksgiving Plate special – oven-roasted Tofurkey complete with Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, Vegetables, and our made-from-scratch Cranberry Sauce. Mmmmmm!
We also have Take-Away Thanksgiving Meals and whole Pumpkin Pies available for purchase to complete your Thanksgiving table (pre-order is required). Full details are below! Our delicious handmade Pumpkin Pie is also available by the slice through the end of November, and the first of our seasonal holiday cookies will join the bakery case later this month.
We are pleased to announce the gift certificate winners* for November: Amber Brown has won a $25 gift certificate in the new subscriber drawing, and Edward Jasper has won a $10 gift certificate in the existing subscriber drawing.  5% Day Beneficiary: Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida
In honor of Thanksgiving, Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida is our November 5% Day beneficiary. Simply dine in or take out on Saturday, November 19th, and we’ll donate 5% of your check to this cause. The Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida works to fight hunger in the Central Florida area. Second Harvest Food Bank provides food supplies to more than 500 nonprofit agencies in the six Central Florida counties for distribution to the hungry.

Adopt-A-Turkey
Every year, we at Ethos “adopt” a Turkey for Thanksgiving, and you can, too! The annual Adopt-A-Turkey Project is a program of Farm Sanctuary, a non-profit that protects farm animals through rescue, education, and advocacy. Sponsoring a turkey costs just $30, and includes an adoption certificate with a full-color photo of your chosen bird. This year, we picked Payton, a perky young tom with a handsome snood.
