 This month at Ethos we’re celebrating eight years in business! January 2008 was our first full month of operations, and we’ve come a long way since then! When we first opened at our original location on North Orange Avenue in December of 2007, we had 25 menu items, 80 seats and a staff of 20. Eight years later we have grown our facility, menu, and staff, but our commitment to serving approachable, delicious vegan food still remains the same.
Thank you to our staff and all of our guests for your support of our restaurant over the years – we couldn’t be here without you! To celebrate, we’ll be offering free Ethos birthday cookies and beer on Friday, January 22nd. (No coupon required; subject to availability while supplies last.) We’ll also have a special price on draft beers and glasses of wine all day long. We hope you can make it!
We are pleased to announce the gift certificate winners* for January: Lisa Mikell has won a $25 gift certificate in the new subscriber drawing, and Jony Da Costa,Lilly Otero, andBrenda Walker have each won a $10 gift certificate in the existing subscriber drawing.
