 Our Customer Appreciation events in August were very popular – and thank you to everybody for your kind words and compliments given in return! We are happy to be here, and we would be remiss if we didn’t share those honors with our staff – we are thankful for each and every one of our hard-working team members!
In food news this month, we have some new items on the menu, including BBQ Empañadas, Chef’s Salad, Pasta Primavera, Cornbread Skillet, plus two new desserts, the Ice Cream Float and Caffè Affogato. Be sure to eat your fill of hard tacos, as it is the final month for Taco-Waco Wednesdays. And, mark your calendar for St. Paddy’s Day in September on Tuesday, September 20th. 2016 Staff Appreciation Picnic
Our 2016 Labor Day Staff Appreciation Picnic was held this year at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon, where a good time was had by all! Congratulations to our 2016 Employees of the Year: Sam Magloire (Back of House), Naomi Christy (Front of House), and Tony Chetock (People’s Choice). Thank you to each of our employees for being part of our team – we appreciate you!
New Menu Items & Modifications
This month we are very excited about new additions to our menu: BBQ Empañadas, Chef’s Salad, Pasta Primavera, Cornbread Skillet, plus two new desserts: Ice Cream Float and Caffè Affogato. Back by popular demand, Boxty has returned to the Light Bites menu. We have re-engineered our Calzone to include our new housemade tofu ricotta (also available as a pizza topping). After much testing, we are also pleased to debut our very own artisanal bread, made from scratch in our bakery daily. You can try our new bread in the Bruschetta and Chickun Bruschetta Sandwich, and served alongside Bowls of Soup and the Sheep’s Pie. We also now have decaffeinated espresso drinks available for the perfect finish to your Ethos meal, no matter what time of day! St. Paddy’s in September
Here at Ethos, we love Saint Patrick’s Day so much we celebrate it twice a year! We invite you to join us for St. Paddy’s in September (a la Christmas in July), on Tuesday, September 20th, when we’ll be offering a selection of our favorite traditional Irish dishes (all vegan, of course!) and $1.00-Off draft beers all day long!

Last Call for Tacos!
Drop in on a Wednesday to enjoy Taco-Waco Wednesday, when we feature our delicious three-hard-taco special all day long! Taco-Waco Wednesdays will run every Wednesday through September 28th.
 5% Day to Benefit Orange County Library System
In honor of National Literacy Month, Orange County Library System is our September 5% Day beneficiary. Simply dine in or take out on Saturday, September 24th, and we’ll donate 5% of your check to this cause! Our local library system includes the Main Library Downtown plus 14 area branches and offers a variety of programs and services, including home delivery of library materials! Our library system is only partially funded by tax dollars and relies on donations to meet its operating budget.
